Three mountain bike coaching sessions with Phillip Mullan from Race Fit for Women who would like to progress to racing.
These sessions are for Cycling Ulster intermediate level women (18+) who are comfortable on trail centre reds and who want to progress to riding natural trails and technical features.
Sessions are from 1 to 3pm on;
Sunday 12th Jan - Rostrevor
Sunday 16th February - Bigwood
Sunday 9th March- TBC with group
A fit for purpose mountain bike is required. Full face helmet, elbow and knee pads are recommended.
