National 400

The route with circa 3,000m of climbing is likely the flattest 400 in the country.  Aimed at first-timers and PBP / LEL hopefuls alike, navigation is straightforward and towns offering shops, cafes and garages for refuelling can be found at regular intervals along the route. The route leaves Dublin heading south-west to Portlaoise; then south to Waterford; east to Wexford town before turning north toward home.
