A Cross country Athletics event for all the family ... with races for 4yrs old up to 104 yrs old...
- 4 to 7yrs have a cross country obstacle race(€3 entry)
- U8s to U16s boys and girls have a cross country relay race 4x500m (Teams of 4)
- Adults mixed cross country relay is first event of the day.(12noon) 4x500m. Teams consist of 2 ladies and 2 men.
- Ladies 4km open cross country race. Junior, Senior and Masters categories,O40,O50,O60,O70
- Mens 6km Open cross country race. Junior,Senior and Masters categories,O40,O50,O60,O70
- 2km (short course)Cross country race for all ages and levels of fitness...the perfect opportunity to try out cross country ... suitable for all the family ...
