Galway to Dublin - Irish Liver foundation 2026

This Point to Point 1-Day leisure cycle on May 2nd offers riders the oppurtunity to traverse the Irish countryside via the Old Trail Greenway and The Royal Canal Greenway.

There is no minimum fundraising reuirement. Entry Fee includes race refreshment, lunch, event jersey, safety costs, finishers medal and a donation to Irish Liver Foundation. Additional individual sponsorship would be greatly appreciated.

We are offering 2 distances: Galway to Dublin 213 Km €150 and Athlone to Dublin 144Km €125

Route Details:

Start: Oranmore Community Centre 07.30 

Stop 1/Start for 144Km Distance: Clan na nGael Gaa Johnstown 11.00 (~68Km) 

Stop 2/Lunch: Mullingar Park Hotel (~58km)

Stop 3: Leixlip Youth & Community Centre (~70Km)

Finish: Hedigan’s The Brian Boro, Phibsboro (~17.5Km) 

Provisions will be made to transport gear bags/bikes along route from start to finish and back to the starting points.

For entrants who wish to avail of a subsidised bus from The Brian Boro back to the start points after the race there will be an additional charge of €10.
