The sound of bicycle bells and laughter will fill up Kilkenny on Sunday 22nd of May from 12pm - 5pm for Bike Fest – Family Cycling Festival, when Kilkenny County Hall will be transformed into a cycling haven for all the family.

Cycling Ireland and Kilkenny County Council have teamed up to bring you this family festival which will mark National Bike Week, offering an opportunity for all ages to enjoy their bike, with cycling activities for everyone. On the day there will be lots of different biking zones, Balance Bike zone, Grass Track Racing, Off-Road zone, Sprocket Rocket zone and family cycle to name just a few.

An easy and fun way to express your inner creativity. With these tailor-made workshops, we explore the different elements used in active music-making. Using pulse, tempo, tones on prepared instruments and also home-made instruments. We will also learn about basic composition and arranging rhythms into finished pieces.
