Western Lakes Womens Sportif

Western Lakes Womens Sportif is a fantastic day out for women cyclists of all abilities. It is a 65km leisure sportif which circuits the beautiful Lough Mask. The route starts & finishes in Ballinrobe, Co. Mayo and takes in the villages of Tourmakeady, Finney and Clonbur before returning to Ballinrobe.

 

The scenery along the way is unparalled and gives participants a chance to appreciate the beauty of South Mayo/North Galway. There will be a food stop at the halfway point with lots of tasty treats for all participants.

 

The Sportif is a non competitive leisure event and it will be fully marshalled and supported. It has gained a reputation over the years as being one of the most welcoming sportifs in the country and is a great way to finish out your summer season of cycling.
