Griffith Avenue Mile 2024

**Online entries closing noon Saturday 21st. Limited in person registration at Race HQ, All Hallows, Gracepark Raod, Drumcondra.

The Griffith Avenue Mile is an annual one mile road race on Marino's Griffith Avenue which is being held on Sunday September 22nd 2024. This year will be the fourth time the race has been run since the original race in 1983.

This year there will be two separate races:

1. A Chip Timed race
2. A Family fun run/walk race

Please note which race you are entering when completing your registration as Family fun run/walk entries are not permitted to take part in the Chip Timed Race

There will also be a competitive wheelchair race if there are enough competitors interested, please contact us to express interest before purchasing a ticket. Please send all inquiries about the competitive wheelchair race directly to info@griffithavenuemile.ie

We have a range of ticket types available to support wide participation. Tickets are limited and are very likely sell out so secure yours today.

• Chip Timed Entry: This year were are introducing Juvenile entry to the chip timed race, alongside adult athletes 
• Family Fun Mile - Run/Walk (NOT TIMED) – This entry is for 2 adults and 2 children. Family entries are not chip timed. Children are classified as aged 18 or under on race day.
• Individual Entry (NOT TIMED) - Choose this for individual entries - either adults or children. We have introduced a discounted seniors ticket type this year and very much welcome all seniors who would like to run, jog, walk or saunter
