Meath Running Group Autumn Block, a 9 week programme, focusing on building stamina & endurance for runners which will allow them to run for longer without getting fatigued. Sessions will incorporate high intensity interval sessions & include hill work.
The interval sessions will help runners to strengthen the heart & lungs to handle the demands of running for longer periods.
The Meath Running Group is a ideal opportunity for those runners who have reached their 5k goal & are now looking to move up in running distance & complete a 10k run.
