Cork Sports Partnership is delighted to team up with Age and Opportunity to run this go for life refresher workshop.
The workshop is lead by age and opportunity trainers who will also supply the equipment.
Participants will familiarise themselves the go for life games, Flisk, Maili and Scidil. No prior knowledge of the games is necessary.

- Doors open at 9:45am
- Limited spaces
- Pre-booking essential
- Wear comfortable clothing
- Bring a water bottle and snacks.

- 10.00am – 10.15am Registration
- 10.15am – 10.30am Introduction / Background to the Games
- 10.30am – 11.00am Familiarisation with FLISK (rules, techniques, tips, equipment)
- 11.00am – 11.20am Tea / Coffee
- 11.20am – 12.30pm Familiarisation with MALAI (rules, techniques, tips, equipment) and Familiarisation with SCIDIL (rules, techniques, tips, equipment)
- 12.30pm – 13.30pm Next Steps
