This programme is suited to those who participated in the 0-3k programme or who have previous running experience.
The 3-5k Jog to Run Programme is a 6-week programme aimed at participants who have completed our beginner 0-3k programme and those who have some walking/jogging experience. It is a step by step guide where club coaches will build on your fitness level and bring you to jogging/running a distance of up to 5k.
As part of Meath LSP’s response plan to the Covid 19 Coronavirus and reducing the infection spread, participants will asked to adhere to 2m distancing, use of hand sanitizer before and after the event and the completion of a Covid Self Declaration 24 hours prior to the start (form will be sent via email/text).
