Now in it's 16th year, an always popular, fast & flat half marathon course in the heart of Munster

Event Description:

This race is organised by North Cork AC who make a donation to St. Josephs Foundation for people with special needs, from the proceeds of the event.

Race start time is 10am

The race is limited to 3 hours due to road closure permits. Roads re-open after 2.5 hours

No finishers after this time. No walkers. Strictly no bikes allowed on the course pacing athletes.

Refunds not accepted after after August 29th 2026

Transfers available online until August 28th at 10:00am.

Medals for all entrants if selected (May not be available for late entrants)

Commemorative t-shirt is optional extra to avoid unnecessary waste
