Mountnugent Grand Prix

Navan Road Club are pleased to hold the Mountnugent Grand Prix for senior and junior riders, on the 30th July 2022. This race is the third, and last race of the races that the club hold in July.

The races will start at 7pm and the race is run on a handicapped basis. A4 off first, A3/Junior off next, A1/A2 off last. 

The race is run over the following course:

The race distance is 11 laps of the course.

Entrants must sign on at the Bridge Inn pub, which is in the main street of the town. 

For those that bought a combined entry for all of the July races that we run, you do not need to buy a seperate entry here, but you do need to sign on. Failure to sign on will invaildate your previous results and will also disqualify you from any results that you achieve for this race. 

The first 15 riders over the line in each of the July races being run by Navan will get points towards the overall GC for these races. The points are awarded as follows:

1st - 30pts

2nd - 27pts

3rd - 24pts

4th - 21pts

5th - 20pts

6th - 19pts

7th - 18pts

8th - 17pts

9th - 16pts

10th - 15pts

11th - 14pts

12th - 13pts

13th - 12pts

14th - 11pts

15th - 10pts

You must take part in all 3 July races being run by Navan to be able to compete for the overall GC prize.
