Step into a deeply restorative experience at Resonance Academy Ireland, home to Leinster’s only fully immersive sound bath environments.

This guided session invites you to lie back, close your eyes, and be enveloped in waves of sound from our highly experienced Gong Tutor Darren Walker. Designed to support deep relaxation, the experience helps calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and create space for stillness and clarity.

Unlike traditional classes, this is a fully immersive sonic environment, carefully designed to surround you with sound and guide you into a deeply meditative state.

No experience is needed. Simply arrive, get comfortable, and allow the sound to do the work.
