Monaghan Sports Partnership is delighted to welcome back our Women's Woodlands Wellness Walks.
This 5-week programme will run for the month of August with walks taking place at:
Rossmore Park every Thursday @ 11am
These walks will be lead by an experienced walk leader who will have undergone extensive training prior to walks commencing.
Women’s Woodlands Wellness Walks take in the beauties of nature and will promote the benefits of the outdoors on both physical and mental well-being.
After the walk has been completed the experienced walk leader will go through some gentle flexibility exercises with participants aimed at improving overall functionality and flexibility, there are huge benefits of improved flexibility on our daily lives regardless of age or physical fitness.
These walks are suitable for all abilities, whether you are a complete beginner/ new to exercise or an experienced walker.
