Event Description:

Monaghan Sports Partnership is delighted to deliver a beginners Pilates programme.

This programme is ideal for those who are complete beginners to Pilates and also those who have practised some Pilates in the past. The programme allows participants to practise pilates in a safe and friendly environment.

This programme will run for 6 weeks. All you need is a mat, a bottle of water and comfortable clothing.
