Science Ball 2024

The Science Ball will take place in The Castletroy ParkHotel Limerick on Wednesday April 3rd 2024. A night to remember for all Science students across all years in the heart of Castletroy with a drinks reception, 3 course meal, live music and DJ till late. Make it a night you wont forget with your class.

Deposit: €32.50 now and €32.50 three weeks before the event (13/03/24). (Plus booking fee).

200 deposit tickets must be bought before March 8th for the event to go ahead.

Full Price ticket available till 48 hours before the event: €65 (plus booking fee, subject to availability)

Terms and Conditions

Strictly over 18’s ID required. 200 deposit tickets must be purchased by 08/03/2024 for the event to go ahead. If the minimum is not booked, tickets will be refunded excluding fee. You are entitled to one guest from outside the science department, guests must also have a ticket. Strict entry protocols and the right of admission is reserved. Searching in place. Intoxicated guest will not gain entry. Tickets and deposits are non-refundable. R.O.A.R.
