Event Description:

**Men on the Move (MOTM) is a physical activity programme that is aimed at adult men to get more active, have fun, and improve fitness levels. It involves:

  • Regular physical activity sessions over 6/8-weeks that are led by a qualified instructor to meet your needs.
  • Structured physical activity sessions so that you can find a level and pace that suits you.

There is no better time to get back into an active routine after the Summer break.

Ballineen

  • Starting Monday January 13th
  • 8 Weeks
  • 7:30pm to 8:30pm

This is the perfect program for a man that wants to improve their personal fitness in a fun and engaging way in a group setting and lead by a fitness professional. At the beginning of the programme the coach will a general fitness session to guage the level of ability with each participant. This normally comprises of circuit based exercises. Over an 8 week programme the sessions can develop into other areas of fitness and enjoyment based on the recommendations of the coach and participants.
