Science Ball 2024

University of Galway Science Ball hosted by WiSTEM Society will take place on the 21st of February 2024 at the Galway Bay Hotel, Salthill. The theme for this years ball is Enchanted Forest! Doors will open at 6pm. 

Afters tickets include entry to the ball after the meal to enjoy live music and lots of dancing!! Tickets are €25 + booking fee.

All attendees must abide by the University of Galway's code of conduct.

- Full ticket holders must arrive at the hotel no later than 6:45pm
- Afters ticket holders must arrive strictly between 9:00-9:30pm
- Management reserves the right to refuse admission.
- Anyone attempting to consume alcohol not purchased on the premises will be asked to leave.
- Alcohol may not be brought into the premises, you will be asked to open bags etc.
- Strictly no admittance to persons under the influence of alcohol.
- You must adhere to the University Code of conduct at all times, this is a University event and your conduct reflects on the University, code available at this

- Student ID is essential.
- Each student may have one guest on their ID their name must be given at time of purchase.
- You must not jeopardize your own health & safety or that of others.
- If consuming alcohol you must drink responsibly, and in a manner which will not endanger your own safety and health or that of others.
