Rathfarnham 5K Run

The Rathfarnham 5k 2022 will include the first running of the Dublin Championships 5k Road Race 2022. This is restricted to runners from Dublin Clubs. In the open 5k the minimum age to run is 15.

Dublin Championship medals will be up for grabs for the first three (Ladies and men) home from Dublin Clubs, along with the first three in the Age Categories Over 35 to Over 65. Three team medals can also be won by Dublin Clubs in the race – Overall Dublin Championships team race with 4 to score for men and women, Over 35 – 4 to score for men and women, and Over 50 – 4 to score for men and 3 for women.

In addition, Individual and Team prizes will be awarded in the overall race which is open to all finishers. The customary Rathfarnham 5k tee shirt will also be given to the first 1,000 who pick up their number at registration.

Numbers and t shirts can be collected at Rathfarnham WSAF AC Clubhouse , Main Street, Rathfarnham on Friday 23rd (19.00 - 21.00), on Saturday 24th (12.00 - 16.00) or on Sunday in Terenure College Gym (8.00 - 9.30)

The Juvenile Race distances are Under 16 - 1,000m, Under 14 - 800m and Under 12 - 600m. Children must be 8 and over to be eligible to run.
