This is one of the final XC events of the year. It is open to anyone who would like to dip their toe into a XC event. It is hugely enjoyable and different from normal Road race events.

This year the event will be held in a new venue - Lawlesstown, Dunleer. The course is a short 300m walk from Dunleer AC clubrooms (A92 K7DN) where there will be ample parking available for all on the day. 

12:00: Girls Under 9 (Born 2015 or after) 500m
Boys Under 9 (Born 2015 or after) 500m

12:10 Girls Under 11 (Born 2013 or 2014) 1000m
Boys Under 11 (Born 2013 or 2014) 1000m

12:20 Girls Under 13 (Born 2011 or 2012) 1500m
Boys Under 13 (Born 2011 or 2012) 1500m

12:35 Girls Under 15 (Born 2009 or 2010) 2500m
Boys Under 15 (Born 2009 or 2010) 2500m

13:00 Girls Under 17 (Born 2007 or 2008) 3000m
Boys Under 17 (Born 2007 or 2008) 4000m

Prizes : 1st 6 individuals plus top 3 teams of 4 athletes in all juvenile races.

Ladies 13:30 Senior, Junior & Masters 4000m
Men 14:00 Senior, Junior & Masters 6000m

Mixed 13:00 Open Fun Race 3000m

Prizes:
Top 3 male & females
1st 3 club teams (teams to include any combination of Senior, Junior or Master)
1st Men team will be awarded the Noel McGuill Cup.
1st Ladies team will be awarded the Sandra Floyd Cup
