Equine Industry Summit - A Good Life - Well Lived

The key objective of this 2-day summit is to bring Ireland’s equine industry stakeholders together to discuss the best ways to ensure all equines in our care have a good life well lived with the best possible care.

Both days will include commence with a mid-morning visit to Connolly’s RED MILLS, followed by a series of talks and discussion sessions at Gowran Park Racecourse for the afternoon.  

DAY 1: OPEN TO EVERYONE
Tuesday 12th August is open to all involved with and or working with equines, including trainers, owners, breeders, stable staff, stud staff, pretrainers, point to point handlers and transporters as well as industry product and service providers. Ticket price includes a tour of Connolly’s Red Mills, lunch and lectures at Gowran Park Racecourse.

DAY 2: VET CPD
Wednesday 13th August is dedicated to equine veterinary practitioners. A series of topics will be presented, which will cover the key veterinary aspects of maintaining healthy happy equine athletes. VCI points pending. The day will conclude with an evening of racing and supper. The featured listed race is the Hurry Harriet Stakes Gowran Park.
