Outrun Hunger 5k 2024

1^st Annual St Clare's hospitality Kitchen “Outrun Hunger “5k Fun Run 2024

Whether you run, jog, or walk- you can help the St Claire's hospitality Kitchen “Outrun Hunger” this Autumn ,lace up your sneakers and let’s help our neighbours experiencing food insecurity! For every €2 raised, we can provide a meal to those in  need!

Date: Saturday, October 19^th , 2024

• Registration opens 8:30 a.m.
  • 9.30 am Warm up
  • 10:00 a.m.- 5K Race Start
  • Refreshments & Prize Giving , Carlow Rugby Club,
• Location: Carlow Rugby Club, Oak Park , Carlow R93 RX25
• U18's must be accompanied by an adult at all times

Entry Fee : 

• Early Bird Adult €15 up to 18th Sept after €20.00
• U18 Entry € 5.00 
• Team of 4 - Corporate Team Challenge (any four adults from a business) €200.00

Registration includes:

• Performance T-shirt (register by October 3^rd to guarantee a shirt)

5K Runners also receive:

• Chipped Timing
• Medals
• Prizes for Top Finishers

Join us for a morning of fitness and fun at the 5K Race and Fun Walk! Lace up your sneakers and hit the scenic trails of Oak Park ,Carlow . Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just looking for a leisurely stroll, there’s something for everyone. Gather your friends, family, and co-workers for a morning filled with camaraderie and community spirit.
