This programme is designed to prepare you for racing, intensity and volume of the plan are set accordingly. We would recommend a minimum of 8 weeks of low(er) intensity work before this plan.
There will be eight live session via Zoom as part of the Bike Like Me Online Training Programme for women held on the following dates;

Time: 7pm - 8pm
The Wednesday sessions are designed as part of an 8 week programme by Cycling Irelands Coach Jamie Blanchfield of Premier Endurance. They are designed to be done as part of this structured and balanced programme and not to be done ad hoc or every day, as you can injure yourself and harm your fitness by accumulating fatigue.
These Bike Like Me sessions will give you the opportunity to train with likeminded women at the same time.
**Please note you will need:
A set of rollers or a turbo trainer.
A laptop/enabled desktop/tablet or phone that can access Zoom. You also need to register free for Zoom and download it before the session.
