This event incorporates the National 5M Championships. National Championships will close on Sunday 4th June @midnight.

Join us for the second event of the 2023 Athletics Ireland Irish Runner Challenge Series.

We will help run your first 5 Mile, or help you achieve a personal best time with our expert training advice.

A free 4 week training plan will be issued on May 12th so make sure to sign up in advance!

Please note non-Athletics Ireland Members will require a One Day Licence to take part in this event. This can be added during registration.
