Mayo Cancer Support Online Cancer & Nutrition Talk Sept 9th 2026

Sarah has delivered this talk for us on a number of occasions - both in-person at Rock Rose House and online - and the feedback has been really positive, with attendees hailing Sarah’s information and advice on nutrition during and after cancer as being  very reassuring.

We have decided to host this talk again online again in a bid to make this information as accessible to people all over Mayo as possible.

In the upcoming webinar on September 9th, Sarah will once again share practical advice on nutrition and cancer, incorporating helpful myth busting, as well as great tips on eating during and after cancer treatment.

Some of the topics covered include:

• Why nutrition matters - in treatment, recovery and for long-term health
• Nutrition during treatment - e.g. managing poor appetite, fatigue, nausea, taste changes
• Nutrition after treatment - rebuilding strength, general healthy eating guidance
• Myth-busting and answering common questions
