Join DLR Sports Partnership's Active Seniors Fest! at St Laurence’s Parish Hall on Thursday 22^nd of May 2025 for a morning filled with fun and social activities, including Zumba, Tai Chi, and Chair exercises.

We'll kick off the day with a lively group warm-up session, ensuring everyone is ready to embrace the exciting day ahead. We will have 3 activities and, finish off with a group cool-down and a well-earned light lunch featuring tea, coffee, fruit, and sandwiches.
