Straight forward...3 races,1 mile,2 mile,or 4 miles...pick your favoured distance and line up..
1 MILE U8S to 108s
2 MILE 12 yrs +
4 MILE 16 yrs +
all races are Mixed.
Proceeds to Galway County Cross Country Teams for upcoming Masters and intermediate All Irelands & Merlin Woods Sports Club
Orders up to TUESDAY 18th WILL BE POSTED TO PARTICIPANTS

Prizes in races as follows.
1 x Mile...Top 3 finishers,plus top 3,girl and boy in u8 to u10 yrs category and 10yrs to u12 category.
2 x Mile...Top 3 finishers,plus Top 3,boy and girl in u12 to u14 category and 14 yrs to u16yrs.
Winner in M/F 40s,50s and 65 yrs.
4 x Mile...Top 3 men and women..
Also winner in M/F 40,50s and 65 yrs.
