Join us at Crescent Shopping Centre from 14–16 August for three days dedicated to movement, wellbeing and community. The Wellness Event will feature a varied programme of yoga, Pilates, boxing, HYROX for beginners, breathwork sessions, run clubs, workshops and more. Visitors can take part in activities suited to a range of fitness levels, discover local wellness suppliers and explore new ways to support their physical and mental wellbeing
