Sauna Festival Limerick
A weekend celebration of sauna rituals, cold plunge, music, movement and good company.
• Friday Sept 11 (6:30 PM): Sound Bath with Dee O’Connor & Deep Reset Guided Sauna (€39 pp)
• Saturday Sept 12 (9 AM – 7 PM): Guided Sauna Sessions all day (€15 pp per session)
• Sunday Sept 13 (9 AM – 8 PM): Social Sauna & Guided Sessions
(Guest pass is valid at reception only when arriving with a fully paid attendee).

Friday
6:30pm-9pm - Sound Bath and Deep Reset Guided Sauna
Saturday Guided Sauna Sessions:-
9am-11am - Rise & Flow - Yoga • Breath • Heat. Start the day slowly. A welcoming combination of yoga flow (optional) breathwork and gentle sauna.
11am-1pm - Wild Heat Heat • Music • Cold. Gentle stretch and mobility (optional). A more energetic guided sauna experience. Big heat, rhythm, essential oils and cold plunge.
1pm-3pm - Fire & Ice - Pilates (optional) • Beats • Intensity. A classic Copenhagen Heat Club Heat & Beat contrast experience — intense heat followed by invigorating cold.
3pm-5pm - Deep Reset Slow Heat • Breath • Recovery. Bring the energy down. A deeper, slower sauna experience designed to leave people feeling completely reset.
5pm-7pm - Social Sauna Music • Heat • Connection. Less ceremony, lots of craic. A social sauna session with music, good energy and plenty of time to connect.
7pm-9pm - Fire Out Final Heat • Reflection • Hot Chocolate. The final sauna of the day. One last guided heat, a moment to slow down, then everyone gathers outside for hot chocolate around the fire.

1:30pm-3pm - Guided Sauna Vibe & Flow Move • Heat • Chill. A calm, chilled out vibe with plenty of heat, cold contrast and essential oils to soothe.
3pm-3:55pm - Social Sauna
4pm-4:55pm - Social Sauna
5pm-5:55pm - Social Sauna
