FUN Hoops Basketball Camp Celbridge 2021
Basketball camp for boys and girls aged 6 to 12 years from 2nd to 6th August 2021 at Scoil na Mainistreach, Celbridge
FUN Hoops is basketball programme that develops fundamental movement skills in a children-centred and fun environment.
FUN Hoops camp is for 3 hours & 15 minutes per day over over 5 days (Monday to Friday). There are two age-graded camps daily:
- morning camp for 6-9 years from 9am to 12.15pm
- afternoon camp for 10-12 years from 1 to 4.15pm
(There is flexibility in the age groups to suit siblings & friends.)
The camp has a Covid-19 plan to comply with public health advice & the Basketball Ireland roadmap for the safe return of basketball. Guidelines will be provided to parents in advance of the camp.
Numbers are capped at 40, with children allocated to small groups for the duration of the camp. Each child will be allocated a basketball. The camp is primarily outdoors, with indoor backup in case of bad weather.
The fee is €75 per child (plus admin fee of €5.25), with a discount of €5 for 2nd child or more. This includes a free camp t-shirt.
Basketball Ireland qualified and Garda vetted coaches.
