Complete all 4 distances to earn this amazing piece of bling. Its a run, walk, treadmill or cycle challenge or any other form of exercise where you can record your kilometres until you hit your target

the medal is 5 pieces and the main medal is a mini medal holder that holds the other 4 medals so total 5pieces
