Bike Week at The GAP 2023

Cycling Ireland in conjunction with National Transport Authority are delighted to see the return of activities for Bike Week, an annual cycling event held in Ireland, to The GAP in Glencullen, Dublin. The activities aim to promote mountain biking and encourage more new people to get involved! Mountain biking is a fun and rewarding way to stay active, improve fitness, and enjoy the great outdoors.

Bike Week at The GAP offers a range of cycling activities, including coaching, bike rentals, uplifts, and pedal passes – all for FREE!

This event is a great opportunity to those just starting out to come together and celebrate the joy of cycling. It's also a great way to explore the beautiful scenery of The GAP Bike Park.

Please note the following restrictions:

• These activities are for complete beginners
• All participants must complete a waiver prior to arrival www.thegap.ie/waiver (parents sign for their children)
• ALL U18's must ride with an adult
