Couch to 5km with Courcey AC during January & February 2026. Led by Level 2 Athletics Ireland Certified Endurance Running Coach & Club Coaches, we will provide an 8 week plan where you will run 5km at Tramore Valley Parkrun, Cork on February 28th.
