Glengarriff 5 Mile 2024

This race will be run on a mixture of surfaces including tar/chip and concrete paths to the open public roads and gravel paths within the Nature Reserve. While the latter is not ideal for wheelchair participants, we would ask you to note that said paths are used regularly by participants with buggies in the weekly parkrun.

  • 1^st Female & Male:
    • 12-18
    • 40-50
    • 50-60
    • 60-70
    • 70+

• Participants under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

• Race Numbers will be available for pick up the evening before and morning of the race.

• Each race of the Beara AC Autumn 5 Mile series will have separate entry
