Want to make a Big Splash for a cause that matters?

On Saturday 14th September, join people all over Ireland for The Big Splash for Aware and take a dip at your favourite swim spot for a cause that matters. Whether you're a seasoned swimmer, a 'dipper' or a complete beginner, this event is for everyone!

Along with benefitting your own mental and physical health by taking part, it offers a lovely opportunity to get friends, family and local communities together for a bit of fun – all while raising vital funds for our services so we can be there for people affected by depression and bipolar disorder across Ireland. 

When you register, you’ll receive your exclusive swimming hat featuring the sun icon from our logo symbolising hope. We hope to see you all wearing them proudly on the day to show your support for mental health.

Please remember to swim safely. If taking part in an open body of water, don’t go alone and follow the relevant safety advice on Water Safety Ireland. Under 18s should be accompanied by an adult.
