Meath Local Sports Partnership would like to introduce their first Online Dance Tutorial suitable for teens and adults (because you’re never too old to dance). It is an ideal programme for complete beginners and also a great way for experienced dancers to learn an exciting new dance routine.
Dancing is a whole-body workout that's actually fun. It's good for your heart, it makes you stronger, and it can help with balance and co-ordination. A 30-minute dance class burns between 130 and 250 calories, about the same as jogging. Dance is also known to reduce stress and promote positive mental health. Dancing makes us happy!
