Workshop Monday 30th January at 7pm on Zoom
Amy, a Canoeing Ireland Bridge the Gap Ambassador and Kayak Instructor, is a Chartered Physiotherapist, a Pilates Instructor and teacher specialising in injuries and special population living in West Cork.
With over 20 years of professional experience, Amy has put together for Canoeing Ireland members an introduction workshop focusing on hips in paddlesports and the relationship between Hips, Back and Glutes.
Throughout the 45 minutes you will go through a series of postural and mobility exercises to keep your hips mobile and functional while paddling, and the rapport back/glutes.
This workshop is open to all. There will be variations of difficulty offered for the different exercises enabling you to choose the level of self-challenge.
At the end of the workout, Amy will be available to answer questions and/or clarify any of the exercises.

Note: The workout will be in a Webinar format on Zoom so you won't need to have your cameras on. The questions at the end will be done through the Q&A function.
