Guest Speaker, Derek Finnegan from Physiotherapy and Nutrition Solutions, Derek has a wealth of experience both on and off the bike having ridden many of the top races in Ireland , UK and Abroad.

9:30am, Injury Prevention Pressentation
10:00 - 11:00, U12 Group Ride
10:00-12:00 U14/U16 Group Ride
12pm, Sports Nutrition Presentation
This is not a selection event for any future CUYA teams/races. The group rides will be at a controlled pace.
Sandwiches will be provided after the last presentation .
