On Saturday, March 7th, Cork rides for the conversations we cannot afford to ignore.

Cycle Against Suicide’s Mental Health Awareness Cycle takes place from Marina Market, carrying one clear message: silence costs lives.
 
This event challenges mental health stigma head on, especially around men’s mental health, where 2 out of 3 suicides are male. Too many people are struggling quietly. Too many feel they have to carry it alone.
 
This Awareness Cycle is about creating a safe space, to talk, to listen, and to stand shoulder to shoulder in support.
 
Your participation helps us ensure that this message reaches further and resonates longer within the Cork community.
 
Open to men and women of all abilities. Come out, stand with us, and help make a change.

Distance: 42km                                                                      Start/Finish: Marina Market, Centre Park, Road, Cork.                  Time: Registration opens at 9am for collection of t-shirts.                            Mental Health Talks at 9.45am.                                            Cycling commecing at 10am.                                                     Cost: €22
