Back by demand and bigger than ever. The Lahinch HYROX Simulation returns to the west coast with the same race-day intensity, pro-level setup, and by-the-sea atmosphere — now with a new Halfrox option for those who want the HYROX feel with shorter runs.

Whether you’re sharpening up for an official race, taking on your first taste of HYROX, or chasing a PB with your training partner, this is your chance to go all-in.

What’s new

• Half-Rox divisions: 500 m runs with full stations, available in Singles and Doubles.
• More lanes, tighter heats, same electric atmosphere.
• Fully chip timed across all categories for accurate splits and rankings.

Race format

1. HYROX Simulation (Full)

• Structure: Each station is preceded by a 1 km run.
• Stations:
• 1000 m Ski — Find your rhythm early
• 50 m Sled Push — Heavy, relentless
• 50 m Sled Pull — Grip and grind
• 80 m Burpee Broad Jumps — Engine meets legs
• 1000 m Row — Settle and suffer
• 200 m Farmers Carry — Stay strong under load
• 100 m Sandbag Lunges — Leg burn guaranteed
• 100 Wall Balls — The ultimate finish

2. Half-Rox (New)

• Structure: Each station is preceded by a 500 m run.
• Stations: Same full stations as above for a true HYROX feel.
• Divisions: Singles and Doubles.
