Long-Term Athlete Development Workshop MIDLETON

The workshop will take place on Saturday 8th February from 10-5pm.

The workshop aims to support club coaches who are working with female club athletes in peri-menopause, menopause and post- menopause. 

The workshop covers theory and practical and includes training, session planning, rest and recovery, nutrition and hormonal health considerations.

The workshop is delivered by Irene Clark.

Course fee is 21.40 Euro
