County Squads Webinar
Athletics Ireland is delighted to present 'County Squads webinar'.
This webinar will provide an overview of the purpose and value of county squad programmes and how they can aid in athlete, coach and club development. Some of the key items which will be discussed will include :
- Why set up county squad programmes.
- Various structures
- Good practice methods
- Examples of successful structures.
All attendees will be provided with a county squads document which has been developed by Athlete Development Manager Grace Lynch.
