Fit 4 Life every Thursday evening at a 7:45 start.
- Limerick Regional Athletics Hub
- Thursdays at 7:45pm.
- 8 weeks - Starting Sept.26th
Finishing with a fun club day of 5k's on Sunday November 17th. Commeratitive race medals will be provided on the day to all race finishers.
The fee for the 8 week programme is €40.
It is open to adults only , age 18+.
Our club coaches Tara Carr, Sean McAuliffe, Olivia Fitzgerald and Kevin O'Donoghue will lead the session on the night.
