Event Description:
ALTAR is an endurance challenge set on the scenic trails of Avondale Forest Park.
Whether you’re attempting your first ultra, going deep into the pain cave with 100KM, or sharing the journey as a relay team, this is your chance to go to the ALTAR.
This is the second year of this event after a highly successful inaugural event.
ALTAR 50KM – Ultra-distance event with ~780m elevation gain
ALTAR 100KM – Full 100KM effort with ~1540m elevation gain
ALTAR 100KM RELAY – A team option (max 5 runners) sharing the 100KM distance. Teams are free to divide the 31 loops however they like once the full 31 loops are completed.
