Placemaking Online Training Summer 2020

Cork Healthy Cities together with Cork Sports Partnership and Meitheal Mara are hosting a Placemaking Training Programme consisting of five workshops and four fieldwork activities.

The training is being supported by Healthy Ireland, Cork Sports Partnership Urban Outdoor Initative and Cork City Council. The training will provide practical information as well as inspiration to council members, local leaders, community reps and stakeholders who want to improve the public environment in their city, town or region. 

The training will consist of weekly workshops, moderated discussions, small group online and offline activities with a focus on the River Lee at four specific locations for the training purposes.
