Cycling Ulster and Island Wheelers are hosting a training evening for the upcoming TT season. The evening will be supported by Ian Inglis and Hazel Smyth.

- How a Time Trial works
- Starting procedures and pacing
- Answering any technical questions
- A 5-mile Time Trial effort to give you a real feel for the format
