Cyclocross training day for all categories. U10 to adults.
The first session is for U10-12-14
The Second Session is for U16-junior-Adult
There will be 3 coaches on the day and training groups will be determined upon arrival and through the morning.
These training days are for all riders wanting to race in the cyclocross season.
We will focus on skills and endurance and prepare the riders for the season ahead.
