Swimmin' Women 2025

A fun 8 week Swimming Programme for women. This programme takes beginners to 600m. At the end of the 8 weeks swimmers complete 600m (6x100m, 2x300m or 600m for time), upon which they are awarded Swim Ireland Swimmin' Women Goodie Bags. 

This programme provides women with an opportunity to develop swim skills and meet women in their community. 

Start Date: Thursday 2nd October  (8 week programme)

Time:         19:10 - 19:50pm
