Meath Local Sports Partnership are delighted to announce Meath Running Group FREE PODCAST programme starting Wednesday 20th May with our tutor Cailin McDonagh.
This 6 week PODCAST programme is ideal for those wishing to complete 5 miles up to half and full marathon distances.
The weekly podcast for runners (18yrs+) will focus on speed and middle distance training sessions. Cailin will talk you through the full running session and will give tips on what your weekly running sessions should include.The session will need to be completed on the road or green space where you can be active. *Please stay within 5km of your home*
