Monaghan Sports Partnership is delighted to offer a FREE Walk & Dip in association with Swim Ireland and Monaghan's Walking for All Officer.

The Walk & Dip will take place at Lough Major, Ballybay, on Thursday, 13th August 2026 with the walk beggining at 7pm.

Come along and enjoy a gentle guided walk around the beautiful surroundings of Lough Major, followed by an optional open-water swim for those who wish to take part.

The walk will be lead by our walking for all officer Michelle and qualified Swim Ireland lifeguards will be on site throughout the swim to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.

Everyone is welcome to come along and take part in this enjoyable outdoor activity. Light refreshments will be provided afterwards.
